We have our own chocks for eggs and fair like mum, we make our own chips, from South land potatoes, which we cut by hand. Back home we grow as many fruit and vegetables we can at wishbone Farm, including 18 diverse varieties of heirloom tomatoes. How lucky are we to live on Fresh Zealand's South Island? We source all our new fish and shellfish from the waters around the South Island. Enjoy new fish, the South Island way, at wishbone, Queens town's favorite seafood restaurant for over 21 years. The pair co owners Darren Lowell and Mark Golden quiet purchase from the alike Bluff fisherman they've been dealing with for 20 years. We travel, we eat seafood and we draw upon these trips through Asia, Europe, America and India for new dishes on our menu we print daily because our fish changes daily
