We have our own chocks for eggs and fair like mum, we make our own chips, from South land potatoes, which we cut by hand. Back home we grow as many fruit and vegetables we can at wishbone Farm, including 18 diverse varieties of heirloom tomatoes. How lucky are we to live on Fresh Zealand's South Island?
