What you should know about NZONE Skydive Queenstown
Our busy year round skydive drop zone in Queenstown is seeking fully qualified Skydive Tandem Instructors, Freefall Photographers and Parachute Packers to fill both permanent and seasonal positions. Hailing from Christchurch Scotty has been a Queenstown local for over 20 years and made his first tracks in the adventure tourism industry as a Ski Instructor. After his first winter he decided Queenstown was in fact the Prinicpality’ of New Zealand and stayed on, getting behind the wheel at Shotover Jet as a Jetboat driver and working his way up to Operations Manager. Greg started his skydiving career at the New Zealand Skydiving School in Christchurch and has worked his way up through being a skydive photographer onto a skydive Tandem Master.
Derek heads up the Sales function for NZONE Skydive both Nationally and Internationally taking the wonderful experience of Tandem Skydive through our diverse distribution channel to the far reaches of the globe. Popular UK comedy show Ant and Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway recently visited NZONE Skydive in Queenstown to film a segment of their hit television show. Tandem Skydive with NZONE Skydive in Queenstown in New Zealand's South Island and see some of the most dramatic scenery in NZ, from 15,00ft! In 1990, NZONE Skydive were NZ's first tandem skydive operation and are now celebrating 25 years of skydiving. After an exhilarating freefall, you will experience a 5 minute parachute ride, floating safely back down to the skydive drop zone.
Although I have done more than 100 solo skydives in Australia, the Nzone Tandem experience was spectacular. Thanks Nzone! The presentation of the queenstown office through to the the jump site was of a very high standard including the professionalism all staff who made us feel welcome safe informed including my family who were on the ground. Tandem Skydiving in Queenstown since 1990, NZONE Skydive was NZ’s first Tandem Skydive operation and is the only Tandem Skydive company to have won New Zealand’s Supreme Tourism Award. Formed by two parachute enthusiasts back in 1990, the company now employs approximately 65 highly qualified staff and have taken over 300,00 passengers tandem skydiving.
Our staff are highly trained and are amongst the most experienced in New Zealand. We believe our focus on product development, customer safety and delivering a very unique personal experience will ensure our continued growth within the tandem skydive adventure and tourism industry
